• About the Role
• Paylink Global Payments Limited is looking for an experienced International Payment Business Development Manager to expand our payment business across Europe.
• This role focuses on merchant acquisition, payment channel development, and strategic partnerships with PSPs, acquiring banks, and payment institutions.
• Candidates with payment industry resources and European market connections are highly preferred.
• Key Responsibilities
• 1.Develop and expand payment business in European markets
• 2.Build and maintain merchant and payment partner relationships
• 3.Develop payment channel resources (PSPs, acquiring banks, payout partners)
• 4.Onboard merchants and support payment integration
• 5.Conduct market research and identify business opportunities 6.Achieve merchant growth and transaction volume targets
• Requirements
• 1.Bachelor’s degree or above (Finance / Business / Sales preferred)
• 2.2–5 years of payment industry business development experience
• 3.Experience in cross-border payments / PSP / merchant acquiring
• 4.Existing payment industry resources are required
• 5.Strong communication and negotiation skills
• 6.Outgoing personality and strong networking ability
• 7.Willing to travel and relocate overseas
• Language Requirements:
• 1.English (mandatory)
• 2.One additional language preferred (Russian / Ukrainian / Georgian / Turkish / Chinese)
