- • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to adjust operational strategies.
- 2. Demand Management:
- • Identify target market needs through player behavior analysis, game variety, betting preferences, etc.
- • Optimize game content, odds settings, and promotional activities to maximize user experience and profitability.
- 3. Resource Optimization and Allocation:
- 1. Allocate team, technical, and financial resources efficiently during operations to maximize effectiveness and minimize waste.
- Manage and optimize the platform's technical infrastructure to ensure system stability, security, and scalability for high traffic volumes.
- 4. Customer Experience and User Growth:
- 2. Leverage data analytics to understand player needs and feedback, enhancing user experience to increase player retention and loyalty.
