Job Description
- 1. Assist the department in talent recruitment, screening, and interview scheduling for the European and American markets;
- 2. Manage candidate information, conduct initial communications and background checks;
- 3. Help develop and execute recruitment strategies to ensure efficient hiring processes;
- 4. Provide support and advice on labor regulations, talent market trends, and cultural differences in European and American markets;
- 5. Assist in organizing and analyzing recruitment data, and prepare recruitment and HR reports;
- 6. Collaborate with the team on other HR-related tasks.
- Position Requirements:
- 1. Native-level English proficiency with practical understanding of European and American (especially European) cultures, markets, and social environments;
- 2. Age 23-33, no specific degree requirement (preference for candidates with STEM backgrounds);
- 3. Basic HR/recruitment experience; entry-level professional foundation acceptable;
- 4. Exceptional learning and comprehension abilities to rapidly master new knowledge and adapt to workflows;
- 5. Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of independently drafting documents, emails, and reports;
- 6. Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination abilities, with a strong sense of responsibility, meticulousness, and rigor.
Required Skills:
- 1. Prior work experience in European or American companies or teams;
- 2. Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) or related HR software;
- 3. Systematic understanding of recruitment processes and ability to independently execute recruitment tasks.
